The medium of print never fails to astound.
Der Druck ist ein Medium, das mich schon immer fasziniert hat.
Die Techniken der Druckgrafik lassen sich bis 206 v. Chr. im alten China zurückverfolgen und sind seit langem dafür bekannt, dass sie handwerkliches Können mit Technologie verbinden. Als sich 2016 die Gelegenheit ergab, einen Kurs in der Nähe von Karlsruhe zu besuchen, war ich sehr glücklich über diese Möglichkeit.
Der Kurs in Karlsruhe und die professionelle Anleitung von Margot Witte haben mich motiviert, dieses Medium in Zukunft weiter zu erforschen.
Hier unten zeige ich einige der Ergebnisse des Kurses.
Printmaking techniques can be traced back to 206 B.C. in Ancient China with a longstanding reputation for combining craftsmanship with technology. It is a medium that has always intrigued me. Hence in 2016 when an opportunity arose to join a course nearby in Karlsruhe I was very happy to begin my journey with print.
I attended an amazing course in Karlsruhe with the equally amazing Margot Witte. I wish to explore this medium more in the future.

Am 09. Juni, 2024 habe ich einen tollen Siebdruck- Workshop in Marburg in dem Atelier Druckwerke 52 gemacht. Siebdruck ist eine sehr interessante Technik mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten farbigen Druckes.
Ich habe eines meiner Aquarelle (Urbanes Ambiente) gewählt und dies in verschiedenen Farbkombinationen gestaltet.
Die Maße der Drucke sind 30 cm x 42 cm

On June 9th 2024 I participated in a great screen printing workshop in Marburg at the Druckwerke 52 Studio. Screen printing is a very interesting technique with a wide range of possibilities for colored printing. I chose one of my watercolors (Urban Ambience) and designed it in different color combinations. The dimensions of the prints are 30 cm x 42 cm Title: Urban ambience
